IN SIMPLE WORDS, CARDIO IS AN AEROBIC EXERCISE [UTILISES CARBS, PROTEIN AND FATS ]AND STRENGTH TRAINING IS ANAEROBIC [USES ONLY CARBS] - WHICH MEANS EXERCISE IS SCIENCE AND STRENGTH IS SKILL.   SPOT REDUCTION IS NEVER A GOAL - IT MEANS EVEN IF YOU DOING SQUATS AND YOUR BACK IS STRAIGHT, YOU ARE WORKING OUT THAT MUSCLE TOO. IT IMPLIES THAT YOUR POSTURE AND TECHNIQUE SHOULD...
