THESE TERMS MAY SOUND SYNONYMOUS BUT THEY AREN'T. IF YOU ARE TIRED, YOU OUGHT TO GET BETTER AS YOU TAKE REST BUT IF YOU ARE LETHARGIC OR EXHAUSTED, IT MEANS YOU LACK ENERGY- YOU ARE FATIGUED AND SLUGGISH IN YOUR ROUTINE BOTH PHYSICALLY AS WELL AS MENTALLY AND SLEEP/RESTING IS NOT HELPING YOU THROUGH IT. 


WELL, THERE CAN BE TONS OF REASONS FOR THIS- PHYSIOLOGICAL /  PATHOLOGICAL / PSYCHOLOGICAL  ETC. FIND OUT YOURS :
