EVERYONE KNOWS THIS BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE....RIGHT? 
 BUT LEMME PUT SOME LIGHT ON THE "BALANCE" THAT YOU REQUIRE IN YOUR CURRENT LIFE WHICH YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN THE STYLE THAT IS MEANT FOR IT.



THE BALANCE IS BASICALLY ABOUT 4 DOMAINS:
  • PHYSICAL  {DIET, EXERCISE AND SLEEP}
  • MENTAL
  • EMOTIONAL 
  • SPIRITUAL 
THERE IS A KEY TO OPEN EVERY DOOR-

PHYSICAL HEALTH IS ESSENTIALLY YOUR DIET , EXERCISE ROUTINE AND SLEEP !!

DIET:
  1. EAT AT FIXED TIME DAILY
  2.  GIVE TIME TO MEALS (AFTER ALL THIS LIFE'S RAT-RACE IS FOR THE पापी पेट (evil stomach) ONLY!
  3.  CHEW THOROUGHLY AND PROPERLY ; DON'T FORGET TO ENJOY EACH BITE !!
  4.  EAT ANYTHING BUT NOT EVERYTHING - KEEP A MIX OF SEASONAL VEGGIES AND FRUITS ; MILK AND CURD ; BALANCE THE CARBS-PROTEINS-FATS-WATER-FIBRE!
  5.  DETOX ONCE IN A WEEK
  6.  FASTING INTERMITTENTLY HELPS YOUR TUMMY TO REJUVENATE FOR BETTER DIGESTION.

EXERCISE:
  1. BRISK WALK DAILY FOR 20-30 MINUTES
  2. MOVE AND MASSAGE ALL JOINTS DAILY
  3. STRETCHING HELPS YOUR MUSCLES TO RELAX
  4. WATCH FOR YOUR POSTURE AS YOU SIT, STAND OR MOVE !

SLEEP:
  1. 7-8 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS NIGHT'S SLEEP IS MUST 
  2. AVOID HEAVY MEALS 2-3 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME
  3. AVOID CAFFEINE/NICOTINE/STIMULANTS BEFORE SLEEP 
  4. KEEP AWAY YOUR GADGETS WHILE YOU LAY IN BED
  5. CUT DOWN DAYTIME NAPS TO 30-40 MINUTES ONLY
  6. THANK GOD FOR THE DAY'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND DOZE OFF PEACEFULLY 
MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH 
  1. MEDITATE - FOCUS ON YOUR BREATHS { PRACTICE YOGA }
  2. DE-STRESS YOURSELF BY FLIPPING THROUGH YOUR OLD PICS / WATCH TV / LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC TRACKS / WALK AROUND IN THE LAP OF NATURE / ZONE OUT / CHAT WITH YOUR PALS AND ABOVE ALL- PUT ON A HAPPY FACE -SMILE AS YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR :) 
  3. SOCIALIZE 
  4. SCHEDULE FAMILY TIME - PRIORTIZE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OVER MONEY !
SPIRITUAL HEALTH
  1. PRACTICE GRATITUDE {TO PEOPLE AROUND YOU AND TO THE ALMIGHTY }
  2. PRAY TO 'POWER' IN WHICH YOU BELIEVE AND THAT WHICH BELIEVES IN YOU
  3. FOLLOW YOUR CULTURE TO STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR ROOTS AND CELEBRATE FESTIVALS TO ENJOY LIFE - TAKE BREAKS FROM YOUR MONOTONOUS DAILY ROUTINE ......

REMEMBER - VISIT EACH DOMAIN ONCE DAILY.......
